Luke and Kiri’s journey is defined by a deep-rooted commitment to the profession; both beginning their careers in administration and progressed through paraplanning before becoming Financial Advisers. This comprehensive ‘ground up’ experience provides us with an unrivaled perspective on the industry, allowing us to offer a holistic range of knowledge - from wealth accumulation strategies to the complexities of aged care.

Luke Farrugia: Director and Financial Planner
Luke joined Blue Ribbon in 2014, gaining foundational experience in administration and paraplanning before advancing to a Financial Adviser role in 2018. A dedicated professional, Luke further strengthened his expertise by completing a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning in 2022. This extensive background equips him with the comprehensive insight needed to deliver well-rounded, strategic advice tailored to each client’s unique financial landscape.

With over 12 years of experience across the financial planning landscape, Kiri brings a wealth of multi-faceted expertise to Blue Ribbon. Having excelled in roles as a planning assistant, paraplanner, and adviser, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of the advice process from every angle. Since joining Blue Ribbon in 2021, Kiri has utilised her deep industry knowledge to deliver well-rounded, client-focused solutions that reflect her extensive journey.
Born and raised in Wagga Wagga, Kiri attended Kooringal High School before living and studying across various regions of Australia to build her career. Outside of the office, she enjoys travelling, camping with her family and their two blue heelers, spending time with friends and relaxing with a fine glass of red wine.
